Naumi’s creative approach showcases innovative and peculiar design details and also seeks to play with exaggerated scales and disproportionate sensory details. Leading to a tactile and memorable experience for curious travellers.

CREATIVITY WITH A DASH OF THE SURREAL

Discover a whimsical wonderland with plays on light, shape and colour in the spacious rooms. All rooms will feature specially commissioned wallpapers behind the headboards by local artist Deborah Moss in a cacophony of colour and light.

Discover an earthy hued dreamlike experience in our spacious Habitat rooms with most leading out to a private courtyard.

Sitting amongst the treetops are our quirky Oasis rooms that are amongst the largest in Queenstown so you can kick back and spread out in style, most feature a private balcony.

Finally, one can indulge with our quirky, creative and unique Junior Suite. Featuring a bold viridescent colour palette, spacious design and delightful powder room.

All rooms feature free highspeed Wi-Fi plus smart TV’s with Netflix.

The hotel is keeping it clean and green by eliminating single use plastic with glass water bottles and laundry service options available.

CENTRAL LIFE

It’s fair to say life is good at The Central.

The spacious and sumptuous lounge with its roaring fire and comfy tables and chairs plays host for a complimentary drinks hour each night from 5-6pm where you can sample a selection of award-winning New Zealand wines.

Plus indulge your inner child with a ‘kiwiana’ themed sweet station or make yourself a brew at the espresso station, or delight in a freshly baked cookie - life is also very sweet here.
